Wisdom of legislating divorce in the Quran

Allah uses "We" in the Qur'an to refer to Himself

Allah's use of personal references to Himself
When Allah (SWT) refers to Himself in the Qur'an in the form of a verb, He uses the plural form. As in "We Created", "We Said", "We Helped".
