Answer:

All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention ) is His slave and Messenger.

Some of the matters which you mentioned in the question may be a gift from Allaah who grants it to whomever He wishes since birth, and they may be acquired by doing some reasons which help achieve that; among the most important reasons are the following:

1-    Believing in Allaah, as this is the key to the hearts; Allaah Says (what means): {And is one who was dead and We gave him life and made for him light by which to walk among the people like one who is in darkness, never to emerge there from?}[Quran 6:122]

2-    Performing acts of good deeds, as it is a source for activity and energy; Allaah Says (what means): {Whoever does righteousness, whether male or female, while he is a believer— We will surely cause him to live a good life.}[Quran 16:97] Moreover, it is reported that Ibn ‘Abbaas may Allaah be pleased with him said: "Indeed, a good deed has a brightness on the face, a light in the heart, a strength in the body, an abundance in sustenance and a love in the hearts of the people."

3-    Staying away from sins because committing sins may be a reason for discouraging one’s determination and dimming his perception; Allaah Says (what means): {No! Rather, the stain has covered their hearts of that which they were earning.}[Quran 83:14] The remainder of the aforementioned statement of Ibn ‘Abbaas may Allaah be pleased with him reads: “And indeed a bad deed has a blackness on the face, a darkness in the heart, a weakness in the body, a scarcity of sustenance and a hatred in the heart of the people.”

4-    Being determined, not hesitating and having the courage of doing what is beneficial; indeed, we clarified this in Fatwa 88359.

5-    There are some modern programs that train the person to gain some of these talents, so a Muslim should be keen on benefitting from them.

Allaah Knows best.
