Ruling on Prop Firm Trading and Payouts from Simulated Accounts

I wanted to ask about the ruling on prop firm trading.In this setup, trading is usually done on a simulated account, and if profitable, the trader receives a payout.In my case, there is no interest, and I trade using strategy, analysis, and risk management, not gambling or random guessing. I have also spent years studying and practicing until becoming profitable.Would this type of trading and its payouts be considered halal or haram? And does the fact that itis simulated money affct the ruling
