Question:

In my village where I live women dance with ARABIC NEW SONGS which contains words like "I love you, I miss you, etc. Does Islam allow dancing to such songs?

Answer:

Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds; and blessings and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and upon all his Family and Companions.
Dancing in the way you mentioned is not lawful for many reasons.
First, it is an imitation of insolent and shameless ladies. Abu Dawood reported from Ibn Omar that he said the Prophet said, "Whoever imitates a people, he is one of them".
Second, the mentioned songs include words that are impudent and insolent, that stimulate the sexual desire. This is in contradiction to the Sharia that calls for controlling ones desires and for being chaste.
Indeed, the best character for the woman is prudency. These songs and dances effect badly the character and make insolence habitual to the woman.
Third, these songs are accompanied by musical instruments which are forbidden. (Refer to Fatwas: 81239, 81545, 81604) We conclude that the dancing and songs you mentioned are all unlawful.
Allah knows best.
