Answer:

All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger. We ask Allaah to exalt his mention as well as that of his family and all his companions.

Islaamweb is not specialized in interpreting dreams so we are unable to interpret your dream. As regards getting married to this girl, if she is of good religion and conduct, there is no harm in marrying her with the consent of your parents. However, if they disagree, then try to convince them, and if they still absolutely disagree, you have to obey them, as obeying them is obeying Allaah, and Allaah will recompense you with a better woman, as there are many of them.

We draw the attention of the questioner that it is not permissible for a man to meet a woman and to be in seclusion with her, or shake hands with her, as that is prohibited and leads to being attracted to her, and subsequently to committing adultery or fornication, we seek refuge in Allaah from that.

The Prophet sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention ) said: "A man must not be alone with a woman except in the presence of her Mahram (a non-marriageable relative)." [Al-Bukhari] The Prophet sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention ) further said: "No man should stay alone with a (marriageable) woman as Satan is their third (partner)." [At-Tirmithi] In another narration the Prophet sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention ) said: "It would be better for one of you to be stabbed in the head with an iron rod than to touch a woman whom he is not permitted to touch." [At-Tabaraani and others]

Saying that 'you have to meet her by any means' is a matter that is not permissible and you must abstain from doing that.

Allaah knows best.
