Remaining in state of Ihraam during Hajj

Question:

I want to ask about an issue regarding Hajj.  After reaching Muzdalifah from Arafat, is the Pilgrim allowed to change or open Ihraam, and to be in normal clothes.  As one of my friends told me that he did so. While according to my knowledge Pilgrim cannot open Ahram before Stoning Satan and Shaving Head.  Kindly help me in this regard.
Fatwa:
All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger, may Allah exalt his mention as well as that of his family and all his companions.

If what is meant from your question is for the person in a state of Ihraam to change his Ihraam that he is wearing and change it with another Ihraam, then the answer is that there is no harm for a person in a state of Ihraam, either the one who wants to perform Hajj or 'Umrah to change his Ihraam clothes with another Ihraam, or to wash it, and this is not considered as coming out of the state of Ihraam.
What is forbidden is for a person in a state of Ihraam to wear form-fitted clothes. Coming out of the state of Ihraam during Hajj is of two kinds:
1)      First type: The person in a state of Ihraam can come out of this state if he does two of the three following matters: A) Throwing the first (greatest) pebbles on the day of 'Eed Al-Adh-Haa. B) Shaving the hair or trimming it. C) Performing Tawaaf Al-Ifaadhah. This state lifts all restrictions except having sexual intercourse with ones spouse.
2)      Second type: If the person in a state of Ihraam does all the three above-mentioned things, then all the restrictions of Ihraam are lifted from him including sexual intercourse with ones spouse.
To conclude, there is no harm for a person in a state of Ihraam to change his Ihraam with another Ihraam and this is not considered as coming out of the state of Ihraam. However, coming out from the state of Ihraam before its due time (as in your question) without a sound reason is forbidden.
Allah Knows best.
