Staying in Makkah after the arrival Tawaaf in the Ifraad Hajj

Question

If I come to Makkah on the seventh day, having assumed Ifraad Hajj, and perform the arrival Tawaaf, is it permissible for me to stay the night in Makkah and then go to Mina in the morning or the evening of the Day of Tarwiyah (the 8th)?
Fatwa
All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allah exalt his mention ) is His slave and Messenger.
It is permissible for the pilgrim who intends to perform Ifraad Hajj to stay in Makkah during the night as long as he maintains the state of Ihraam after having performed the arrival Tawaaf. He must not commit any violation of Ihraam until he leaves to Mina on the day of Tarwiyah. This practice is even an act of the Sunnah and was observed all over the ages by Muslims. Allah Knows best.
