Which type of Hajj to perform on behalf of another person

Question
When someone performs Hajj on behalf of another person, should he perform a Qiraan, Ifraad or Tamattu' Hajj?

Fatwa
All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allah exalt his mention ) is His slave and Messenger.

There is no blame on someone who performs Hajj on behalf of another person to perform it according to whatever type he chooses from the three types of Hajj which are: Tamattu‘, Ifraad and Qiraan. This is the case unless the one who authorized him to perform Hajj on his behalf specifies a certain type out of the three, in which case he should abide by what they have agreed upon.

Allah Knows best.
