Syrian regime kills 34 people

Syrian regime forces killed 34 people on Friday during military operations in several cities, according to the UK-based human rights watchdog.

Regime forces killed 10 people in outskirts of Damascus, nine in Idlib, four in Aleppo and five in Homs, after staging the air and ground attacks with heavy weapons against the Syrian people, Syrian Network Human Rights (SNHR) said.

Syrian official news agency (SANA) said security forces killed a number of armed groups and demolished their vehicles.

In the three year brutal crackdown, the death toll in Syria reached more than 140 thousand people, while nearly 2.5 million people have fled to neighboring countries.
