Ruling on Acting as an Agent Without Disclosing the Principal
I understand real estate wholesaling can be permissible. My question is about disclosure. If a purchase agreement clearly includes an assignment clause (e.g., “Buyer and/or assigns”) and the seller signs it, is this sufficient disclosure Islamically? Dealing with Debt Sold to a Debt Collection Agency
I owe £500 to a company. I could not pay it in time so they sold it to a collection agency. However, the debt collection agencies purchase the debt at a much lower price which maybe £50 to £100. Balance Between Fear and Hope within the Believer
I always fear that I will die in a state of disbelief despite doing my obligatory duties and even voluntary acts.
