Wife's husband doesn't pray and sells forbidden items

Question

What should a Muslim lady do if her husband doesn't pray and sells forbidden things?I heard so many opinons that I don't know what is the right?

Answer

Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds; and blessings and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and upon all his Family and Companions.
If a husband does not perform obligatory prayers, his wife should exhort him and remind him of the importance of prayers as much as she can. If despite all her efforts he continues to abandon prayers then she should obstain from letting him have any conjugal relations with her. She should also choose a good trustworthy person from her family and a good person from her husband's family to exhort him and explain to him that living with a husband who does not perform prayers is not permissible.
If the reformers do not succeed in their efforts and he insists on not praying, she is obliged to seek divorce from him. This is because the person who does not perform prayers becomes Kafir according to the correct opinion of the Muslim scholars.
No Muslim woman can remain the wife of a Kafir.
A wife should spare no effort in exhorting her husband before demanding separation. If he performs prayers but does not cease collecting his earning from selling Haram then he will be forced to provide the expenditures of his wife and children from Halal earnings.
At the same time he should be informed of the bad consequences of consuming Haram and dealing in it. The Prophet said: "Every flesh that grows up by Haram The Fire (Hell is) more suited for it". The Prophet mentioned in a long Hadith: "A person who travels widely, his hair disheveled and covered with dust. He lifts his hand towards the sky (and thus makes the supplication): "O Lord, O Lord," whereas his diet is unlawful, his drink is unlawful, and his clothes are unlawful and his nourishment is unlawful. How can then his supplication be accepted?"
Allah knows best.
