I'm married and but I kissed a women and I touch her hands and I know that is mistake, but I don't know if this is Zina?

All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.

Kissing and touching a non-Mahram woman are not considered major Zina (fornication or adultery). But they fit into the category of minor acts of Zina which is also very bad.
